How do I get your comics?
You can get a free comic on the front page of our website – click the image in the menu to the right to get your free download link and activation code. You can buy additional comics by clicking any comic on the website.
Is it free to download the COMIC PLAYER?
When signing up for the COMIC PLAYER you will receive a text message with a download link. You do not pay for the SMS. Charges for data traffic of about 230 KB will apply when you download the COMIC PLAYER. Data traffic prices have dropped significantly in the past few years, but we still recommend that you first check your operator’s data plan.
Will COMIC PLAYER work on my mobile?
Our comics work on 95% of all Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung, LG, Android and HTC phones. They also work on BlackBerry Storm and BlackBerry Bold. Iphone comics will be introduced in Summer 2010. We support the JAVA, Android and RIM platforms.
Can I still view my comics if I get a new phone?
Of course! Your downloaded comics follow your SIM-card so even if you change your phone you can still view your comics. Simply choose the SIM-card as the place to save the COMIC PLAYER.
How do I use the activation code in the COMIC PLAYER?
Go to the “insert code” menu. How you insert your code varies from phone to phone. If your phone has a keypad, just use the scroll function.
How much space do comics take up?
Each comic only takes up about 0.5 MB. Once you have downloaded our comics, they are stored on your phone and you can view them without being online.
What is a VIP and how do I become one?
The VIP list is our exclusive offer to comic fans. Membership is free and gives access to the hottest news, special offers, and free stuff like ringtones and text tones. Use the signup feature on the right side of the screen to sign up.
Can I download the COMIC PLAYER to my computer?
The COMIC PLAYER must be downloaded to your phone. Click on the “free comic” image on the front page to get your download link (phone) and your activation code (email). We will then give you Totally Spies! “Alex Gets Schooled, part 1” as a free welcome gift.
Will the COMIC PLAYER open automatically when my download is complete?
You have to open the COMIC PLAYER manually from your phone. It is most likely saved in your folder ”Applications”, ”Installations”, ”Downloads”, or ”Games”.
When I open the COMIC PLAYER, all I get is a screen with the logo “comics on your mobile” - Why?
In order to open the comic player you must go online with your phone. On some phones this function is turned off. Contact your provider if you cannot turn this function on.
What should I do if I can only view the first part of my comic?
Your phone’s cache is most likely full. We suggest you clear the cache in the menu. Another reason could be that you have limited internet connection; for example if you are in a basement. In that case, simply wait for normal access.
How many comics do you offer?
We have more than 100 comics – and more are being added to our collection all the time!
Can I suggest a comic?
We get a lot of mails from people who would like to see their favorite characters in the COMIC PLAYER. While we cannot make any promises, keep those requests coming. Maybe the next series available for COMIC PLAYER will be the one you suggested!
My friends want COMIC PLAYER, too!

Do you guys have anything to do with the CATOOZ application?
Yes, COMIC PLAYER used to be called CATOOZ. However, we have added a whole lot of cool features and improved on its performance since then. We figured this fresh new start required a brand new name.
